WHY TensorHealth

I came from a small village in the state of Odisha in India. I have seen and experienced the pain of people for the lack of basic halthcare needs. We have wealth of literature on high quality Medical Knowledge. The Atharva Veda is deemed to be an encyclopaedia for medicine “Interalia”, and Ayurveda (the science of life) is considered as Upa Veda (supplementary subject) of the Atharva Veda. Perhaps we lost this ancient knowledge. Sometimes, I wonder, when Lord Lakshmana fell unconscious, near death, hit by an arrow from Ravana’s son Meghnad, Hanuman approached the Lankan Royal Physician Sushena for advice. Sushena asked Hanuman to rush to Dronagiri Hills and fetch four plants: Mruthasanjeevani (restorer of life), Vishalyakarani (remover of arrows), Sandhanakarani (restorer of the skin) and Savarnyakarani (restorer of skin colour) (Srimad Valmiki Ramayana, 74th chapter, Yuddakanda, Slokas 29–34). Similarly, another story from puranas, when Ganesha denied Lord Shiva entry into his abode — Shiva decapitated Ganesha’s head in anger. According to legend, Shiva thought of his ganas and the faithful attendants appeared promptly. ‘Bring me the head of the first living creature you see, Shiva ordered. I wonder and by God’s grace want to reasearch on this story as to how an elephant head replaced.
