In this article, we will explore the potential impact of AI tools on the medical profession. How we reached in this mess? In my view, polluted air and food, life style change are the culprit. Looking into history, Vedic medical science has been practiced for thousands of years. It is a system of medicine that focuses on holistic healing, with a range of practices including yoga, meditation, herbal remedies, and dietary guidelines. The roots of Vedic medicine can be traced back to the Vedas, the ancient Hindu texts that contain a wealth of knowledge on various aspects of life, including health and wellness. It is based on the fact that human body is made up of three doshas, or energies — vata, pitta, and kapha. The use of herbs and natural remedies is also a fundamental aspect of Ayurvedic medicine. Herbs are believed to have powerful healing properties that can help to balance the doshas and promote overall health.
